  • Provide technical support to retail users (insurance agents) via e-mail, phone and fax.
  • Review insurance quote and policy discrepancies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Familiarity with Windows required.
  • Familiarity with Internet Explorer, Outlook Express and Outlook preferred.
  • Personal and/or commercial insurance experience a plus.

PC Tech Specialists/Network Administrators
  • Provide technical support for internal operations and retail users (insurance agents) via e-mail and phone.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Familiarity with Linux, Windows 2003 Server, SQL Server and IIS required.
  • Familiarity with CISCO router, firewall and VPN setup required.
  • Familiarity with Citrix and ASP environments a plus.
